Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef for the Nightingale. You will lead a section, train your team, and step in when the Head Chef is away to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior kitchen staff is desirable.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver high-quality food.
• Strong understanding of stock control and food ordering processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire the team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support the Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
• Lead your section in the Head Chef’s absence.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at the Nightingale, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
