Job summary

The Rising Sun, Bashley, part of Fuller’s, seeks a capable Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen in their absence, focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients and locally sourced dishes.

You will contribute creativity, drive, and pride in every service while maintaining top hygiene and safety standards in a vibrant pub kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
• Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes using local ingredients.
