Mitchells & Butlers PLC's March Hare at Vintage Inns is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and train the team. You’ll step up in the Head Chef's absence and drive the kitchen to deliver great food with pride.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and guiding Chefs.
• Ability to work with a branded menu and maintain standards.
• Solid understanding of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Confidently manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Ensure the team complies with health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef at the March Hare , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
