Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef for the Angel, Vintage Inns. You’ll lead a section, train your team, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence. You’ll ensure the kitchen runs as one, delivering great food with a smile.

You’ll handle food ordering, prep, stock control, and oversee health & hygiene standards while working within a branded menu and contributing to a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and inspire staff.
• Experience with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Familiarity with branded menu operations.
• Ability to manage Chefs and Kitchen Team.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.

As a Part Time Sous Chef atthe Angel, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
