Job summary

Swan Holme at Vintage Inns, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food, training people and guest satisfaction. You’ll run a section, leading the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and helping maintain a branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team as Sous Chef.
• Experience in training and inspiring a kitchen team.
• Experience with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Ability to work with a branded menu and manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Ensure health and hygiene regulations are followed.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.

As a Sous Chef atthe Swan Holme, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
