Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Towers Inn in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure superb food quality for Sizzling Pub & Grill guests.

You will train staff, manage stock and ordering, and uphold strict health and safety standards while working within a branded menu framework. Join a team that values growth, recognition, and great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and manage a branded menu.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef at the Towers Inn , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
