Job summary

Sizzling Pub & Grill – Towers Inn in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training teams, and leading a section. You’ll step up in the absence of the Head Chef and help run the kitchen to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and train a kitchen team.
• Experience working with branded menus and standards.
• Strong understanding of food prep and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
