Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Sous Chef for the Bugle Horn in Aylesbury. You’ll lead a kitchen section, train your team and step in for the Head Chef when needed, delivering high‑quality dishes and smooth service.

You’ll be passionate about great food and developing people, with opportunities to grow through paid qualifications and promotions within the Vintage Inns portfolio.

You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
