Job summary

Marex is seeking a Solutions Platform Associate to help optimise the Solutions Platform and related processes. You will drive automation, support business growth and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks across trading and technology initiatives.

In this role you will manage strategic projects, develop MI/KPIs, and collaborate with Front Office, Support, and Control to deliver value while maintaining compliance and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience in either manufacturing Structured OTC derivatives or in Structured securities.
• Good understanding of the front to back processing of these products.
• Experience working in a regulated environment with risk & compliance requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, VBA or Python skills.
• University degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and tactical Trading and technology projects critical to the Solutions business, establishing scope and ensuring execution.
• Develop, review and improve Management Information (MI) and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Assist in regulatory change coordination for Solutions and related programmes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables for the platform.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Support and Control to implement initiatives and improvements.
• Create, review and optimise business processes with emphasis on automation and efficiency.
