Job summary

Marex is seeking a Solutions Platform Manager within the Derivatives Engine and Technology pillar to optimise the Solutions Platform and related processes. You will lead delivery of tactical and strategic initiatives to drive automation and support business growth, ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory frameworks.

In this role you will collaborate with Front Office, Support and Control stakeholders, develop MI/KPIs, manage projects, and translate business requirements into actionable

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking or trading environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Strong data, MI and KPI development capabilities.
• Knowledge of FCA/Regulatory requirements is desirable.
