Job summary

Marex Solutions is seeking a Platform Manager to optimise the Solutions Platform and related processes. You will lead and support delivering tactical and strategic initiatives to drive automation and support business growth while ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory frameworks.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Support, and Control, driving improvements in MI, KPIs and KRIs to monitor performance and risk.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years' experience in manufacturing structured OTC derivatives or in structured securities.
• Strong front-to-back processing understanding of these products.
• Experience in regulated environment and knowledge of risk/compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• University degree; VBA/Python skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic and tactical Trading and technology projects critical to the Solutions business by establishing plans and defining scope.
• Develop, review and improve MI and KPIs to guide business decisions.
• Assist in regulatory change coordination for the Solutions pillar.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Support and Control stakeholders to implement initiatives.
