Job summary

Marex seeks a Vice President to join the Solutions COO team within Marex Solutions, leading strategic initiatives and scaling the operational infrastructure to support rapid growth. You will define and deliver the strategy for the Solutions business and partner across functions to drive value.

You will own automation of MI/KPIs, lead major IT projects, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. This role combines entrepreneurial insight with rigorous governance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of structured products and business management within financial services.
• Proven track record delivering change and technology projects.
• Strong Excel, VBA or Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic and tactical projects critical for the Solutions business and improve the group’s change process.
• Own the creation, review and improvement of MI and KPIs to monitor the business.
• Drive and champion change for the Marex Solutions team via automation and technology.
• Lead the delivery of in-house technology platforms and the rollout of third‑party systems.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and act as escalation point.
