Job summary

Marex is expanding its digital assets capabilities across the Group. The Digital Assets Associate will coordinate initiatives from concept to delivery, working with Front Office and Support & Control functions to ensure governance and regulatory requirements are met.

The role offers exposure to multiple businesses within Marex, focusing on automation, process improvement and strategic implementation of digital asset projects.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-4 years of experience in financial services, consulting, business management, project management or a related role.
• Experience supporting or coordinating business, technology, regulatory or operational change projects.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to prepare clear project plans, process documentation, management updates and governance materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of digital asset initiatives across Marex Group.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into implementation actions.
• Support operating models, process maps and procedures for digital assets.
• Provide updates to governance forums and central leads.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Assist with testing, production readiness and post-implementation reviews.
