We are seeking a Solutions Executive to join the client solutions team on a permanent basis in London (hybrid). Responsibilities include supporting sales through product demonstrations, sharing features and benefits, assisting with RFPs and proposals, creating content libraries, and acting as a subject matter expert in assessment solutions for HR, talent, and L&D leaders.

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role
• Knowledge of assessment solutions or similar HR technology
• Experience supporting bids or proposals
• Confident virtual presenter, and in-person presentation skills preferred
• Ideally MSc in occupational psychology or related field
