YOUR ROLE

We're looking for a proactive, detail-loving, and creative Commercial Solutions Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll help bring our sponsorship opportunities to life—working across some of the most exciting sports properties in the world. From building and implementing partnership go-to-market strategies and crafting presentations to managing Client relationships, you’ll be a key player in helping us build standout commercial partnership offerings and in cultivating demand for those offerings.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

In this role, you’ll help bring big ideas to life and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Specifically, you will:

  • Build visually powerful and persuasive presentations that showcase the value of our sponsorship opportunities to prospective brand partners.
  • Translate Data into Strategy
  • Use audience, performance, and engagement data to support your storytelling and tailor solutions to brand objectives.
  • Support Sales from Pitch to Close
  • Act as a key partner to the sales team—supporting outreach, joining meeting, shaping proposals, and helping to close deals with clarity and confidence.
  • Manage Client Relationships
  • Understand our Clients and their fan bases. Help manage and grow day-to-day relationships with Clients, ensuring we deliver value and exceed expectations throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights
  • Analyse campaign performance and client engagement data to feed into internal reporting and optimise our future strategy and client follow-up.
  • Drive Operational Excellence
  • Take responsibility for CRM accuracy, team collaboration, and process implementation and improvements that support a high-performance commercial function.
  • Work side by side with internal design, marketing services and data teams to ensure every opportunity is both commercially strong and creatively outstanding.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING (E = Essential, D = Desirable)

  • 2–5 years of experience in a sponsorship, commercial marketing, media or creative role (E)
  • A good understanding of how brands use marketing and sponsorship to grow (E)
  • Strong organisation and admin skills—you love a well-kept doc or tracker (E)
  • Clear and confident communication skills—written and verbal (E)
  • Used to bringing ideas to life and coordinating across multiple departments (E)
  • An interest in the world of sport and how it connects people (D)
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset—you’re someone who gets things done (E)
  • You’re comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and Microsoft Office (E)
