Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, seeks a transformational Solutions Engineering leader to steer the SE function in the EMEA region, shaping GTM, building a world‑class team, and driving customer outcomes through the Intercom AI‑first platform across large, complex organizations.

You will engage in strategic deals, develop repeatable playbooks, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and R&D to align on verticalized motions and solution strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre‑sales experience in Sales Engineer/Solutions Engineer or related role.
• 3+ years leading technical pre‑sales teams with hiring, mentoring and growth track record.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the GTM for Solutions Engineering across global regions and verticals.
• Lead, coach, and scale a high‑performing SE team; act as player‑coach on strategic deals.
