Fin is seeking a transformational Solutions Engineering leader to guide the SE team across the EMEA region. You’ll shape how we engage with large, complex organizations, defining our go‑to‑market and building a world‑class team to deliver credible, AI‑driven customer outcomes.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution—leading discovery, architecture, and PoCs, while collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and R&D to drive meaningful customer value across the Intercom

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre‑sales experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer/Architect, or related role.
• 3+ years leading technical pre‑sales teams with a track record of hiring and mentoring.
• Ideally experience selling AI, data, or technical products; strong curiosity and use of AI in day‑to‑day work.
• Able to work under ambiguity, stay focused, and solve challenging customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the strategic vision and GTM for the SE function.
• Lead and scale a high‑performing SE team across regions and verticals.
• Engage in strategic deals as a player‑coach, while developing team capabilities.
