Role Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions, shape product development, and influence go-to-market strategies. Your role offers diverse growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

1. Own technical conversations and solution architecture in customer engagements.
2. Translate customer requirements into actionable insights for product teams.
3. Research market trends to inform strategy.
4. Share technical knowledge across teams.
5. Design proof-of-value projects demonstrating business impact.
6. Represent poolside at industry events.
7. Engage with customers onsite as needed (travel required).

Skills & Experience

Must Have

• Strong empathy and understanding of customer perspectives.
• Experience in customer-facing, technical pre-sales roles.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Native proficiency in French.

Should Have

• Background in AI/ML engineering or pre-sales.
• Deep knowledge of AI fundamentals and generative AI platforms.
• Understanding of the AI landscape in software engineering.
