Job summary

Personio is building an Europe-wide Go to Market Solutions Engineering team. The role supports UKI and Benelux sales, driving technical qualification, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions for mid-market customers.

You will collaborate with sales, product and engineering to deliver ROI/TCO outcomes while expanding our footprint in the region. London-based or flexible arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in Solutions Engineering or a similar role.
• Technical background with SaaS, IT infrastructure, IT stack and security protocols.
• Customer-centric and commercially driven.
• Data-driven with ability to size efforts to customer needs.
• Up-to-date knowledge in security/compliance (e.g. ISO27k).
• Clear, structured communicator, able to adapt to changing dynamics.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for the UKI and Benelux sales teams, focusing on Medium Business customers.
• Collaborate with account executives to validate technical requirements, use cases, and scope.
• Be the product expert and first line of defense for sales and prospects.
• Support creation of commercial proposals and ROI/TCO calculations.
• Assist other regions/markets as required.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (10–20%).
