Job summary

Glean is seeking a Solution Engineer in London to be a trusted technical advisor to the local sales team, partners, and customers. You will help connect Glean to key platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, and Zendesk, enabling successful deployments and user adoption.

This hybrid UK-based role combines deep technical delivery with pre-sales engagement, pilots, and PoV exercises to validate requirements, educate customers, and support ongoing success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 5+ years of enterprise software pre-sales experience with value-based discovery.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in layman’s terms to educate customers, prospects, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform to prospective customers.
• Educate technical teams on the architecture and how the solution fits their landscape.
• Scoping and executing sponsored pilot and PoV exercises to validate requirements.
• Educate and train customers and partners to ensure success.
• Present at events like Google Cloud Next and AWS re:Invent.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to investigate issues and understand the roadmap.
