Job summary

Global-e is seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to play a key role supporting Sales, Project, Product and R&D teams, engaging with online retailers and brands to expand cross-border capabilities.

You'll lead technology and integration tracks in client meetings, stay current with product roadmaps, and translate feedback into actionable requirements for Product and R&D, collaborating with global teams across North America, EMEA and APAC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in solution design and integration with direct client interaction.
• Experience in SaaS-based environments; solutions engineer role preferred.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
• Understanding of systems integration concepts and API implementation.
• Experience with SQL relational databases.
• Ability to work with distant teams and in Cloud/IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Explain technical features and resolve roadblocks for clients.
• Identify business opportunities and resolve technical impediments.
• Recommend integration strategies for best-practice implementation.
• Act as technical focal point for client integrations and prototypes.
• Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to partners and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with product features and roadmaps; relay feedback to Product/R&D teams.
