Job summary

Goodfit Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing GTM data platform team in London. You will bridge pre- and post-sales, translating client needs into actionable data points and guiding integration with CRMs and data tools.

You’ll work closely with commercial teams at top B2B clients, shape data-driven strategies, and collaborate with engineering and product to improve the platform. The role offers hybrid work from our London HQ with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering within SaaS or Data industries.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience mapping datasets to GTM strategies and client needs.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, JSON data structures and APIs.
• Familiarity with common sales tech like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Curiosity about new technologies and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: translate prospects needs into bespoke datasets and build demo datasets.
• Data analysis: interpret customer data and relate to GoodFit data sets.
• Onboarding: guide clients through configurations and data enrichment for GTM plans.
• Client Support: manage communications and educate clients on product capabilities.
• Internal Collaboration: relay customer feedback to engineering/product teams.
