Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Revops, or a technical CX role.
• Track record of systematizing work by templatizing, automating, and scaling best practices.
• Experience with Clay and related data providers, APIs, and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own POCs from start to finish – deliver high-quality, on-time POCs that impact enterprise sales cycles.
• Set up the team to complete POCs 50% faster by templatizing, automating, and scaling best practices.
• Drive best-in-class solutions by answering technical questions and building templates.
• Partner closely with GTM-Engineers to ensure sales have the right data, integrations, and infrastructure to close deals.
• Empower enterprise customers by leveraging data providers, CRM integrations, APIs, and Claygent.
• Be the voice of the customer by gathering feedback to engineering for big-picture improvements.
