Job summary

Glean is seeking a Solution Engineer to join the GTM team in the UK&I region. You will guide customers through Glean integrations with key platforms and act as a trusted technical advisor to sales, partners, and clients.

You will demonstrate the platform, educate technical teams on architecture, run PoV exercises, and support deals from discovery to deployment, including presenting at major industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales.
• Experience with value-based discovery frameworks.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform for prospects.
• Educate customer technical teams on Glean architecture and integration points.
• Scope and execute PoV exercises to validate requirements and objectives.
• Educate and train customers and partners on the product for successful adoption.
• Present at events such as Google Cloud Next and AWS re:Invent.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to triage issues and discuss the roadmap.
