Job summary
Gravitee in London is seeking a Solutions Engineer to shape how organizations adopt AI‑driven digital experiences. You’ll lead technical sales, partner with Account Executives, and demonstrate Gravitee’s platform to transform prospects into successful customers.
You’ll work with customers across API management, IAM, and integration, delivering impactful demos and PoCs while contributing to product evolution through feedback and content.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a previous Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineering role for a B2B vendor.
- Track record of providing solutions and engaging with technical customer personas (developers/architects).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present advanced technical topics and deliver tailored demos to different audiences.
- Experience in middleware tech, ideally API management, IAM or integration.
- Good knowledge of REST, JSON, XML.
- Hands-on with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD processes, and Linux.
- Creativity to develop new material for Gravitee.
Responsibilities
- Drive Technical Sales Success: lead the technical sales process with Account Executives and demonstrate Gravitee’s value.
- Understand & Solve Customer Challenges: conduct discovery, demos, PoCs, and provide expert guidance.
- Support and Grow Existing Accounts: collaborate with Customer Success and Technical Account Managers to maximize value.
- Foster Strategic Partnerships: engage with partners to explore opportunities and collaborations.
- Shape the Future of Gravitee: influence product development and contribute content initiatives.
