Job summary

Neural Concept in the UK is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering credibility with strategic influence. You’ll translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions and guide deals from discovery to signed SOW, acting as the account’s technical compass.

You’ll run discovery sessions, define technical roadmaps, create client-tailored demos, and collaborate with Sales and the Forward Deployed Engineering team to ensure smooth pre-sales to delivery transitions across UK accounts.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, or similar field.
Solid understanding of CAD/CAE workflows.
Experience in client-facing roles (pre-sales, solutions consulting, or engineering consulting).
Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Position Neural Concept as strategic partner across engineering teams and VPs.
Lead discovery sessions to identify high-impact, technically feasible use cases.
Define AI strategy and roadmap for each account, translating capabilities into a multi-horizon vision.
Create and deliver client-tailored demos and proposals grounded in client workflows.
Prepare and run Steering Committees, connecting engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
Drive user adoption and engagement across technical users, managers, and designers.
Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to ensure smooth pre-sales to delivery transitions.
Surface client insights to Product and R&D to inform roadmap priorities.
