Job summary

Graitec Group is seeking a Solution Sales Specialist - Simulation to drive adoption of Advance Design across our global customer base in AEC and MFG sectors. You will engage high-potential prospects and implement value-based selling to deliver tailored BIM-enabled solutions.

You will collaborate with account managers, product teams, and customer success to ensure onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realisation, while maintaining CRM data and contributing to regional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive new Advance Design business acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales activities (prospecting, value-based presentations, online demos).
• Manage Advance Design strategic accounts and develop tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and develop Advance Design opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Lead consultative Advance Design discovery to understand customer pain points and design value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless Advance Design onboarding and solution adoption.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement of Advance Design products and services.
