Trimble Inc. in Leeds is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to convert qualified leads and sell Tekla Structures, Tedds, and Trimble Connect to SMEs in the structural and construction sectors. The role is based in our Leeds office, four days per week, with a strong emphasis on value-driven software sales and ROI justification.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineers to present engaging demos, draft compelling quotes, and expand mid-market accounts within the AECO space.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven success in phone-based new customer acquisition, telesales, or junior account management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach existing clients and cultivate warm leads to drive net-new software acquisition.
• Consult with decision-makers to sell value and ROI rather than just features.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver product demos that convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes and identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities within mid-market accounts.
• Partner with the wider AECO sales organization to share market insights and refine product knowledge.
