Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Partner Solutions Specialist to empower key partners in selling Autodesk products, applications, and services. You will design programs with executives, guide customer workflows, and drive growth through strategic partner initiatives in a hybrid London-based role.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner Optimization teams to deliver measurable results and enable partners to accelerate enterprise sales with technology-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry and tech solutions.
• Hands-on understanding of construction workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with partners and stakeholders.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Autodesk products; knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage pipeline to drive strategic sales decisions.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities with partners.
• Develop and implement repeatable sales plays.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners for aligned execution.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with Autodesk solutions.
• Support partner capacity by analyzing resources and identifying new partnerships.
