Job summary

Assystem is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to develop strategic partnerships within the engineering sector and drive growth. You will bridge technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and revenue expansion.

The role focuses on building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions. Occasional site presence and travel are expected as part of client engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or project management within the engineering industry.
• Good technical understanding of engineering principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Identify potential strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to enhance engineering capabilities.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
• Represent the business on client site on a frequent basis (3 days per week).
• Identify and evaluate potential engineering projects, define scopes, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle and ensure client satisfaction.
