Brady Intelligent Productivity Solutions (IPS) seeks a capable Solution Architect to join our UK team. You will deliver primary technical pre-sales support across regions, travel to customer and partner locations, and act as a trusted advisor on mobility, data capture, printing, RFID, and software solutions.

The successful candidate combines a strong technical background in barcode data collection, wireless tech, printers, and MDM with excellent English communication and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in technical sales support, pre-sales, or solution consulting.
• Strong pre-sales and customer-facing communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer and partner locations.

Responsabilités

• Establish trusted technical advisor relationships with customers and partners.
• Provide technical pre-sales support for Brady IPS products and services.
• Project manage pilot installations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Deliver technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Ensure sales reps understand Brady IPS features and value.
• Develop training plans with leadership to enable partner positioning.
• Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities in CRM.
• Ensure data integrity and documentation of pre-sales activities.
• Provide updates to the regional Solution Architect Manager on progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in the region.
