Role - Solution Architect

Location – Reading, UK

Mode of Hiring - Permanent

Please find the expected requirements for Domain architect role:

• Manage Supply chain IT landscape and provide landscape update/ expansion options as per new business requirements
• Partner with other domain architects to conduct cross domain impact analysis for new IT projects
• Identify and provide strategic direction to Supply chain IT systems and support IT roadmap creation
• Partner with IT leadership & cross functional business areas to understand system requirements and CRs required for current systems
• Support projects related to new tool identification & implementation, automation & modernization of legacy systems from an architecture perspective
• Provide cost benefit analysis for different solution options required for projects
• Understand current market trend in terms of Supply chain, IT tools, digitalization & automation
• Understand data modelling & reporting

Qualifications

• Worked as domain/ solution architect
• Managed multiple projects as an architect
• Experience in creation of solution blueprints & solution architecture
• Supply chain IT experience related to SC areas like: Warehousing, transportation (inbound & outbound), inventory management, order management (preferable to have exp in 1 or more areas)
• Strong understanding of It architecture
• Understanding of Supply chain processes
• Communication with top management
• Organizational and planning skills
