Fresh Perspective Resourcing Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to win new installer customers and develop relationships with solar PV installers, EPCs and partners. You will promote Failte Solar UK’s product portfolio and drive growth within the renewable energy sector.

The role focuses on opening doors, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, with pricing and contract negotiations conducted within company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Winning new installer customers through prospecting and networking
• Building & maintaining relationships with solar PV installers, EPCs & partners
• Presenting and promoting Failte Solar UK’s product portfolio
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines
• Acting as the main point of contact for assigned installer accounts
