Job summary

Tilo Consulting in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom, is seeking a Software Support Engineer to join a growing team in a hybrid role. You will troubleshoot software, support customer installations, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve products and services.

Qualifications

Strong software troubleshooting, diagnostics and log analysis skills.
Experience with Windows-based software and real-time control systems.
Knowledge of C#, .NET Core, WPF, C++, C, SQL/MySQL, PLC programming, or similar technologies.
Ability to support software and hardware integration challenges.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot advanced software issues and analyze logs to identify root causes.
Support critical customer installations and coordinate with engineering teams.
Contribute to training, continuous improvement projects, and customer discussions.
Serve as a bridge between field engineers and software development teams.
