Qualifications

• Strong software troubleshooting, diagnostics, and log analysis skills.
• Experience with Windows-based software and real-time control systems.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET Core, WPF, C++, C, SQL/MySQL, PLC programming.
• Ability to support software and hardware integration challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between field-based engineers and software development teams to troubleshoot advanced issues.
• Support critical customer installations and ensure an exceptional level of service.
• Contribute to training, continuous improvement projects, and customer-facing technical discussions.
