Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance to existing customers regarding bespoke business management software systems.
• Basic SQL Database Administration.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and training to customers.
• Desktop PC & Server installation, configuration and diagnosis as required.
• Client, server and network security management.
• Multi-site LAN, WAN, and VoIP configuration and support.
• Support customers in using a bespoke eCommerce platform.
