Job summary

Jago Consultants seeks an experienced IT Support Analyst for its UK operation near Bracknell. You will support local and remote employees, image laptops, onboard/offboard users, triage helpdesk tickets, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Reporting to the UK Operations Manager and collaborating with the US-based Head Office IT team, you will support 24/7 operations in a fast-growing environment. Salary up to £47,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands on IT Helpdesk & Desktop experience required.
• Ability to support Executives and their Executive Admins.
• Communicate articulately in both verbal and written communications.
• Technical abilities and ability to communicate with non-technical users.
• High energy and ability to work independently in a fast-growth environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, deployment, imaging, and Office 365.
• Solid networking understanding (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Self-sufficient and motivated, able to work independently.
• Good people skills, both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire requests, image and deploy laptops to new hires and perform IT onboarding
• Process off-boarding requests, asset recovery, and machine reimaging
• Monitor and triage incoming tickets in the IT Helpdesk Ticket Queue
• Provide timely response to all issues, update internal customers on status
• Research technical solutions in department specific applications
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair desktop, laptop, and mobile issues
• Follow up with end users, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution
• Document procedures and develop end user instruction
• Install, configure, repair and maintain computers, desktop OS, software, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot network and remote access connectivity issues
• Knowledge of iPads, iPhones, Android a plus
• Software and Application Support
• Keep up-to-date records on all IT hardware and inventory database
