Job summary

Amulet in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable manager to lead the soft services team, overseeing day-to-day cleaning and security operations to ensure a smooth contract flow and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive approach to incident management, with responsibility for recruitment, training, and maintaining compliance with all safety policies and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in facilities or soft services.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the soft services team and day-to-day delivery of all contracted site services, ensuring excellent customer care and operations.
• Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and client policies.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and respond to incidents effectively.
• Achieve site KPIs and develop action plans when needed.
• Lead recruitment to meet establishment levels and ensure timely onboarding.
• Identify training needs and develop staff in line with contractual requirements.
• Handle HR procedures including appraisals and attendance management.
• Manage on-site issues, incidents, emergencies, and evacuations.
