Job summary

Amulet is seeking an experienced manager to lead the soft services team across site operations, overseeing cleaning and security, handling incidents, and liaising with the customer to ensure the contract runs smoothly.

You will drive health and safety compliance, manage recruitment and staff development, monitor KPIs, and produce site reports, while coordinating with the Churchill team to meet the client's expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in facilities or soft services operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.

• Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• MS Office proficiency and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the soft services team and day-to-day delivery of contracted site services, upholding high customer care and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, H&S policies and control measures.
• Drive high levels of customer service, monitor site KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead recruitment to meet staffing requirements and ensure timely hires.
• Oversee staff training, performance management, and HR procedures.
• Manage site issues including incidents, emergencies, and evacuations in liaison with leadership.
• Maintain CCTV, alarms, access control, and contract security/cleaning services as required.
