Job summary

Dudley Children's Services is seeking 4 experienced Agency Social Workers to join the Child in Need (CIN) Team in a hybrid role with 3 days on site. Interviews are scheduled Tue and Thu afternoons for successful candidates.

You will work within a short-term CIN team, conducting timely assessments and delivering focused interventions with children and families, under regular supervision from Team Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience as an agency social worker is required.
• Experience handling Child in Need caseloads and timely interventions.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions.

Dudley Children's Services is looking to recruit 4 experienced and motivated Agency Social Workers to join our Child In Need Team.

CIN Social Worker x4 – interviews Tuesdays afternoons – Thursday afternoons

Hybrid Arrangement – 3 days on site

You will work within a short-term Children in Need (CIN) team, undertaking timely, high-quality assessments and delivering focused intervention with children and families. The purpose of this team is to provide timely intervention that will meet the needs of children and families and enable step across to early help support and partnership led support and planning.

The successful candidate will hold a manageable caseload and receive regular management oversight and supervision from experienced Team Managers.
