Job summary

You will collaborate with education, health, early help, and safeguarding partners, attend multi-agency meetings, and ensure the child voice remains central in decisions.

Qualifications

• Assessment of need and risk in children and families.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and professionals.
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures and multi-agency work.

Responsibilities

• Undertake assessments and visits to children and families.
• Prepare reports and coordinate multi-agency meetings.
• Assess changing levels of need and risk and respond to safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legislation.
