Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting an experienced Social Worker for a Family Safeguarding role. The position offers flexible office working and a commutable location from London, with a focus on direct work with children, young people and families.

You will operate across Child in Need and Child Protection with a supportive team, ensuring manageable caseloads and opportunities for training and development. A 6-month contract with a loyalty referral bonus is included.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for a Family Safeguarding role in a location that is easily commutable from London, with manageable caseloads and genuine flexibility around office working?

We are currently recruiting for experienced Safeguarding Social Workers to join a supportive local authority that is focused on keeping caseloads as manageable as possible and providing Social Workers with the support and development they need to succeed.

You will work across Child in Need and Child Protection, providing longer-term family support and safeguarding interventions. The role involves minimal court work, allowing you to focus on direct work with children, young people and families.
