Leaders in Care is recruiting an experienced Social Worker for a Family Safeguarding role. The position offers flexible office working and a commutable location from London, with a focus on direct work with children, young people and families.

You will operate across Child in Need and Child Protection with a supportive team, ensuring manageable caseloads and opportunities for training and development. A 6-month contract with a loyalty referral bonus is included.

Qualifications

• Social Work qualification with SWE registration.
• Experience in Family Safeguarding settings.
• Ability to manage and adapt caseloads while delivering safeguarding interventions.

Responsabilités

• Provide safeguarding interventions for children and families.
• Work across Child in Need and Child Protection streams.
• Maintain manageable caseloads with minimal court involvement.
