Leaders in Care is partnering with South East England local authorities to recruit a Family Safeguarding Social Worker. You will join a stable team delivering relationship-based practice with a focus on early intervention across CIN, CP and Family Support.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
• Experience in Family Safeguarding, Child Protection, or Child in Need teams.

The Role

As part of the Family Safeguarding Team, you'll work with children and families across:

• Child in Need (CIN)
• Child Protection (CP)
• Family Support

The service places a strong emphasis on early intervention and relationship-based practice, with minimal court work, allowing you to spend more time supporting families and achieving positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualified experience within Children's Services

• Confident relationship-based practitioner with strong assessment and communication skills
