A leading support organization in Salford is seeking a qualified individual to manage services for male survivors of abuse. The role includes client support, team management, and ensuring quality service delivery. Applicants must hold relevant social work qualifications, have experience in managing staff, and possess strong communication skills. A commitment to diversity and anti-oppressive practices is essential.
You'll play akey role in supporting clients, managing communications, supporting inrelationship management across the partnership. As well as working withpartners like Pennine Care and TRC, you will work closely with our communitydevelopment team and criminal justice teams to ensure survivors have access tothe right support.
To manage the operaonal and clinical duty of care for support services
To maintain the safe and inclusive provision of spaces for all clients
To provide Line Management, guidance and professional and pastoral support to all client facing services sta and volunteers
To eecvely lead and successfully manage the provision of client services, as designed and governed by the organisaon, including ensuring KPIs are met and data handling and reporng is accurate.
To ensure that all services managed, eecvely record and idenfy threats and trends that will result in responding eecvely to meet clients needs.
To maintain and deliver relevant services to a small caseload of clients.
Manage and deliver specic projects as directed and agreed by the Executive Team.
To support the further development of the services that meet clients needs.
We Are Survivors, are a survivor focused voluntary sector organisation that aims to create and facilitate safe spaces for male, including trans and non-binary individuals, survivors of sexual abuse, rape and sexual exploitation across Greater Manchester providing access to quality assured support. Our work is focused on developing ways for individuals to empower themselves to work through personal and sometimes painful issues, guided and supported by our trauma-informed team, following the trauma and recovery model.
