Qualified Social Worker – Adults Hospital Discharge Team (HiCAF) in Runcorn (UK).   • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse populations
  • A degree in Social Work or related discipline, with a commitment to continuous professional development
