Social Media + Events Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media + Events Manager to join us on our journey of true nourishment.

Purpose

This role is responsible for ensuring we remain top of mind, generating buzz/talkability and brand fame across socials and via events, driving footfall to our restaurants and delivery app to grow covers & LFL sales. You will work closely with the Senior Paid Media & PR Manager to ensure campaigns are fully integrated across all channels for maximum impact.

Key Accountabilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute our annual/quarterly social media strategy and plan.
• Define the channels, goals, and content/calendar plan by week/month.
• Brief content requirements to the creative team, ensuring relevance to the channel and strategy.
• Monitor and report on social strategy effectiveness monthly.
• Manage the 365 agency daily, lead MBR, and attend QBRs with marketing leadership.

Event Management

• Create and execute our event marketing plan in collaboration with agency partners.

Key Requirements

• Creative thinking and high attention to detail.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in campaign management, including activation of high-spend multi-channel media campaigns.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support two direct reports.
• Confidence and experience in presenting.
• Strong commercial acumen.
