About the job

We seek an organized, proactive Event Assistant to support the Global Event Manager in executing international events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and documentation.

This remote role is preferred for candidates in the EU but open worldwide. Responsibilities include vendor relations, budget management, calendar coordination, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing international events.
  • Liaise with venues, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor timelines and logistics.
  • Manage event-related expenses and vendor payments.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel.
  • Prepare reports and maintain event documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements include 3+ years in executive assistance, event support, or finance roles, willingness to travel, strong organizational and communication skills, budgeting proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish.
