Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative and organised Social Media Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms. You’ll concept, shoot, edit and publish thumb-stopping content that aligns with our brand world, drives engagement, and supports campaign and product launches. This role blends creativity, trend-spotting, storytelling, and strong understanding of the fashion space.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Create high-quality photo, video and short-form content for all social platforms.
- Shoot content in-store, at studio days, on location and UGC-style as needed.
- Edit videos for TikTok/Reels using platform-native trends, sound formats and fast-paced storytelling.
- Produce a mix of evergreen, product-focused, lifestyle and personality-driven content.
- Ensure content maintains consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic.
Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule content using tools.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions; optimise hashtags, sounds, and posting times.
- Maintain and evolve each brand’s visual identity across feeds and stories.
- Manage daily posting cadence (3–7 pieces of content per week per brand).
Trend Tracking & Creative Direction
- Stay ahead of TikTok/Instagram trends, audios, memes, editing styles, and cultural moments.
- Suggest and test new content formats to push brand relevance and virality.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, designers and creative team to concept campaigns.
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs, tags and reshared content.
- Build relationships with micro-creators and nurture brand fans.
- Amplify customer UGC and encourage creators to share.
Campaign Support
- Support major moments (launches, drops, collabs, events, shoots).
- Capture BTS, interviews, styling videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Work with influencers on briefs, content direction and deliverables.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor content performance (views, saves, shares, sales uplift).
- Report insights weekly and recommend improvements.
- Identify high-performing content patterns and quickly iterate.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong TikTok/Reels creation skills — shooting + editing + storytelling.
- Experience creating fashion, beauty or lifestyle content.
- Confident using CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar.
- Strong eye for aesthetic, styling and composition.
- Excellent writing and captioning skills.
- Understanding of social analytics, platform algorithms and growth tactics.
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team.
Bonus Skills
- Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop).
- Experience shooting e‑com or campaign BTS.
- Understanding of paid ads creative specs.
- UGC-style acting/presence on camera.
