A creative agency in Soho, London is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to handle organic social media for various clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media, strong copywriting skills, and an interest in trend analysis. The role offers a salary of £27,000, with hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package that promotes learning and wellbeing.
Are you early in your social media career and keen to build on your agency experience—taking on more ownership across client work? This is an opportunity to join a bold, creative agency working with a mix of established and challenger FMCG brands. You’ll play an active role in delivering organic social that’s culturally relevant, well‑crafted and built to perform across platforms.
You’ll be hands‑on with the day‑to‑day delivery of organic social for a range of clients – supporting content creation, managing content calendars, scheduling posts and playing an active role in community management across platforms.
Beyond execution, you’ll start building a deeper understanding of what works and why. You’ll support reactive and trend‑led content, monitor performance, and feed insights back into ongoing activity – helping shape future content rather than just delivering it. You’ll also contribute to integrated campaigns, gaining exposure to how social fits into wider brand activity.
This role is ideal if you want to develop your craft, build confidence and continue progressing your skills within an agency environment.
You’ll be part of a close‑knit, supportive team where ideas are encouraged and good work is recognised. It’s an agency that invests in its people, giving you the space to grow and develop as your experience builds. Alongside working on exciting brands, you’ll benefit from hybrid working, a creative central London workspace, your birthday off, regular team socials, and ongoing learning and development.
Salary is £27K, with hybrid working and a strong benefits package that supports learning, wellbeing and work‑life balance. The role is based in Soho, London.
